- Preparation of Annual Progress Reports by 30th July 2008.
- IFAD Supervision Mission 11th to 28th August.
- Annual Review workshop between 25th-28th September 2008.
- Participatory Rural Appraisal 1st - 15th October 2008
- Mid -Term Review 1st December - 28th February 2009.
